Partners not Customers, circa 1997 Yes, this is actually a set in the studio. The walls are 1/4" lauan on 2x3 frames, platered and painted. Something that I learned while lighting this set is that I hate white walls. |

A slightly longer shot from behind the camera. You can see the grid as well as the paper background roll tucked against the ceiling. The white rectangle on the right is a diffuser clipped to a studio fresnel in an attempt to represent light coming in from a window. It was also the key light for the two actors. |

Here you can see the equipment set up just behind the lights, as well as the 2x3 frame for the office door hanging out on the left hand side. The light on the yellow stand has been refurbished And the ubiquitous plant, which appeared in every office setup. We actually did four different offices in this space, thanks to a clever design using a movable wall. That's actually the one with the light switch |

"Adults Only", August 1995 This was a film shot on 16mm-- I had a small part as well as being the sound recordist. The set was built in a garage, shooting in August with hot lights. Sweat was a factor. And look, my hair isn't gray! |
Some snapshots.
